We enjoyed another great visit today from our friends in Ms. Stegall's Kindergarten class! We sang songs, laughed, and danced! It was a fun time!
We also received a visit from one of our new friends, Ms. Jodi! Ms. Jodi is the daughter of Ms. Walden, one of our first grade teachers at South Salem. She is in high school but wants to be a teacher "when she grows up". She loves coming to visit our students and works so well with them. We look forward to her visits and enjoy spending time with her as well! Thanks so much Ms. Jodi!
I also have to brag on La'Shawn once more (I told him that I would put this on the blog). When we were singing today, Ms. Stowe asked La'Shawn if he wanted to come up to the front. He said "yes" and we got his walker so that he could stand in front of the class!
La'Shawn was so proud and stood up in the front of the classroom the entire time. He stood in his walker independently and participated in the song. Way to Go La'Shawn!
