Well, the last day of school was a very sad day for all of us! We knew that our class was being moved to the new school. We had to pack up our entire trailer and say goodbye to Fairview Elementary.
With a heavy heart and a tear in our eye, we walked out of Fairview for the last time. We were unaware of the great things to come! As I have heard over and over, CHANGE is hard but it can be a great thing!
On July 7th, Ms. Stowe and I, with the help of some of our friends (Tradarius, Eric, and Ms. Cassandra), moved into our new classroom at South Salem Elementary!! No, I did not say "Trailer". I said "Classroom"!
Tradarius and Eric (two of our students from Fairview) were so happy to come and help us! We were even happier to have their help!
Tradarius was so helpful! He carefully stacked every book on the shelf! He said that he hoped our new students liked the same books that he liked. I'm sure they will!
After a hard day of moving boxes into our new classroom and unpacking most of them, we all went to Stevie B's for lunch! There, we met Mr. John (Ms. Stowe's husband). We had a great lunch and played games in the arcade!! It was a great day!!
Thanks so much Tradarius and Eric for helping us move into our new classroom. We love you both and will miss you! I know that you will do great in middle school! Thanks Ms. Cassandra for transporting all of the boxes to the new school and helping us move them into our new classroom. We couldn't have done it without you! Thanks Mr. John for buying us lunch! :-)
